On the third Monday of each month, the members of Duke's Chapel UMC gather together in the homes of those who are less abled to travel. This time of fellowship, known as the "Traveling Tea Party," is a time of fellowship and communion. Gathering at 2:00pm, our women and men come together to share stories of our lives together. At the heart of our fellowship, we break bread together in the Lord's Supper, remembering that our stories are all intertwined in the life of Christ. Following this, we share in light snacks provided by those who attend. At the Traveling Tea Party, our souls, our hearts, and our stomachs experience abundance found in the community of believers!
